Options and Usage

  o Command Line options 

     -c      get to the configuration box
     -h      get the basic help 
     -r#     run at # second interval
     -s#.#   run at size factor #.#

  o Running NTPanic with -r and -s options does not save the setting in the
    registry. To save the setting, run NTPanic with -c option, and run by
    clicking "Save and run" button. Configuration box includes setting for
    the foreground and background colour.

  o Running NTPanic with the second time will prompt you if you want to
    kill the currently running process of NTPanic. At any one time, there
    will only be a maximum of one NTPanic process running. Therefore, you can
    run NTPanic again (the 2nd time) to end the process. IT will not start up
    another NTPanic , not even after it terminate the running process. 

  o Running NTPanic without any command line options will either take in
    the default settings if you are running the first time, or from
    last saved setting.
